Implementation procedure
If, after a request for accessible information or a complaint has been made, the request has been rejected, the person concerned does not agree with the decision taken, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the person concerned may initiate a complaint. Similarly, an appeal can be initiated in the event that twenty working days have passed without obtaining a response.
The appeal can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through the other options provided by Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
